The 'Paradies' (paradise) vineyard has long been our family's pride and joy. We have in a sense grown up together. And its name embodies how I feel today — at home in the place I always wanted to be. The 'Paradies' has long been our prize vineyard. The fruit for this sophisticated and nuanced Riesling comes from vines whose roots must dig deep into the warm shell-limestone and clay marl soils.
