Chateau Boutisse

Situated near the highest point of the appellation, the 25 hectares of vineyards extend over the limestone plateau and slopes, not far from the medieval city.

Planted predominantly with Merlot, the vineyard also includes Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Carmenère. Rare in Bordeaux, Carmenère brings deep color and spicy notes, an asset to the style of our wines.
